MEDICAID WAIVER SUPERVISOR, LINCOLN
Full-time supervisor of staff providing services coordination and resource development services to participants in the Medicaid Waiver for Adults with Disabilities. Travel as necessary. Must have a baccalaureate or graduate degree in the human/social services profession, AND at least two years full-time experience in long-term care, gerontology, rehabilitation. or community health, AND at least 4 years full-time experience in human services supervision of multiple employees in the area of case management/services coordination. $35-$40K salary plus generous benefit package. SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-time Services Coordinator to work with adults who experience disability. Based in Lincoln office. Bachelors degree in relevant area of Human Services, and 2 years full-time experience providing case management services to people with disabilities required. Significant travel in service area. Must provide own transportation. People who experience disability are strongly encouraged to apply. Position open until filled. $26,000 per year plus generous benefits package. EOE.
