Coordinate an array of in home services for adults with disability to help maintain their independence. Baccalaureate degree in Human Services, & 2 years experience in gerontology, rehab, or community health fields required. Travel using own transportation. Independent Living & Barrier Removal services to persons with disabilities, full time. Services coordination, information & referral, independent living skills training, intakes/assessments. Complete Barrier Removal Program goals and objectives. BA/BS in related field or relevant full time experience & 1 yr. relevant experience. $24,500 to $27,000 with benefits.
