Coordinate an array of in home services for adults with disability to help maintain their independence. Baccalaureate degree in Human Services, & 2 years experience in gerontology, rehab, or community health fields required. Travel using own transportation. FT Secretary to process billing documents, do data entry, file, operate office machines, answer multi-line phones, greet guests, and other clerical duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED and 2 years full time experience doing data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. required. Must have excellent computer, math, and customer service skills, and be able to manage multiple projects. Complete Barrier Removal Program goals and objectives. BA/BS in related field or relevant full time experience & 1 yr. relevant experience. $24,500 to $27,000 with benefits. Full-time Services Coordinator to assist adults with disabilities to live independently in the community, based in Omaha office. Duties (not limited to): assessments, plans of service, coordinate/monitor services, resource development. Minimum: Bachelors degree in human services and two years relevant experience.
