The League of Human Dignity seeks a director to manage Medicaid Waiver Offices in Kearney and North Platte. A minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in a human services field, plus two years of experience in rehabilitation, community health, or gerontology, and 3 years of successful experience in management of a human services agency or large human services program. Must have demonstrated excellent management, communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. Significant travel in-state. $42-$48 K per year plus benefits. Full time Independent Living Advisor to provide services to people with disability throughout the Norfolk Service Area. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Social Work, counseling, educational psychology, education, human development, or closely related human service field, or equivalent full time experience, or a combination of education and equivalent full time experience. Must also have at least one year of full time experience in a combination of case management, case documentation, coordination and collaboration with community resources, teaching or training.
