MEDICAID WAIVER SUPERVISOR, LINCOLN
Full-time supervisor of staff providing services coordination
and resource development services to participants in the Medicaid
Waiver for Adults with Disabilities. Travel as necessary. Must
have a baccalaureate or graduate degree in the human/social services
profession, AND at least two years full-time experience in long-term
care, gerontology, rehabilitation. or community health, AND at
least 4 years full-time experience in human services supervision
of multiple employees in the area of case management/services
coordination. $35-$40K salary plus generous benefit package. Qualified

SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-time Services Coordinator to work with adults who experience
disability. Based in Lincoln office. Bachelors degree in relevant
area of Human Services, and 2 years full-time experience providing
case management services to people with disabilities required.
Significant travel in service area. Must provide own transportation.
